What is the capacity of the venue?

The legal capacity of the venue is 230, however we have seating for 190.

Does the venue have a bar devoted to the event space?

Yes, for any event, if you wish to have a bar set up, you will incur a fee for the liquor license and an hourly fee for the bartender. If you have more than 75 guests, two bartenders and a door person, at an additional fee, will be required. No beverages of any kind may be brought in or taken out when there is a bar set up.

What arrangements are available for catering events?

The Event Center has a fully functioning kitchen that may be used for preparing or warming food, and plenty of counter space for preparing platters. We do not, however, offer catering services. Please refer to the vendor page for a list of local caterers.

What is the minimum/maximum number of hours for any event?

Rental fees are for minimum of 2 hours. When a bar is setup, the maximum number of hours for an event is 6, otherwise the maximum is 8 hours.

Is set-up time for large events included in the rental fee?

Yes, if there is no event scheduled for the day before your event, you may set up for 2 hours max the day before. Otherwise, you may set up in the morning of your event.

Is there an outdoor area at your location?

We are discussing plans for an outdoor “chapel” and photography area, but currently the venue is indoor only.

Do you have bride and groom suites?

We do not have separate dressing areas for the bridal party.
