Check our availability and find the best date for your event!

Check to see if the date you are looking for is currently booked.  The date will have “Not Available” in red text if currently reserved. In some cases, the Event Center may only be rented for a portion of the day. The hours that are not available will be indicated in the text.  If the date appears to be available, please call or email to confirm.

To confirm a booking, we will need a signed rental agreement and the $100 (or $250) deposit. The full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within that two weeks, the security deposit will be forfeited. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the event if no damage to the facility or furnishings has been incurred.
